L'oasi Dei Sapori - TAVIANO

A little out of town, we drove by. The trattoria looked very fresh appealing so decided to have dinner. We were greeted by a young woman quickly seated. Menus arrived and choices made. We ordered the house antipasto a salad and two pastas, both local specialties. Orecchiette with rapini and cannaruli with homemade tomato sauce. Both delicious! Followed by coffee amaro. The owner came around to make sure all was ok. So good we went back! Second time, we ordered house antipasto then pizza with buratta and mixed grill meat platter, all delicious.
