We stayed last night as a brewery not for dinner. Good beers, friendly staff and helpful. Even if it was already closed the kitchen made us a cutter. Quiet place.

I've been to this brewery. Very nice the place and the counter with the various beers. Very kind and good staff. Very good beer and very bright and well organized. I recommend it to spend a nice evening.

Everything you find in the menu (which changes every week) is 100% fresh because boys never wanted to buy a freezer. The owner and all staff members are not even trentennis and manage a place so better than many other more navigated restaurants I have seen in the past. Beers (now 4/5 thorns, next to enlargement) are often crafted and rotating, personally chosen by the staff. I've been seeing this place for 6 months and it's become a fixed stop on my weekend. The Trinchetta soon becomes family <3
