This location takes your money and will make you dispute it with your bank if anything needs to be cancelled refunded. If they ask you to DM or fill out forms, they still don’t process anything… I love the franchise as a whole, but this one has too many issues.

Been coming here for years. Love the pizza when it’s done right. However, they are ridiculously consistent at getting the simplest orders wrong. Very frustrating.

The best pizza I’ve had in a long time and super fast delivery. This will be my new go to for pizza. Thank you

The absolute worst pizza place. Manager/Owner lack of customer service and retention skills! Jeremy should value all customers!The other katy locations outside of the delivery zip code area Managers has received the westheimer Pkwys customers, due him and his staffs uncouth behavior. FYI Jeremy is the owner of the Westheimer Pkwy and Franz Rd.Location. I never thought I would see the day a Manager in the Cinco Ranch location would represent the community!
