Bidrage med feedbackMade an online order went to go get it went through the drive-through lady was a little bit rude. Told me it wasn't ready to go back around. There's another car behind me. So I did just that they gave me my order. I stick my hand in there as I'm driving away it's the wrong order and I'm touching cheese sticks. She exchanges my order when I go back around. Tell him they gave me the wrong one. They both seem to be bothered and not super friendly. As I'm driving away again I put my hand in my bag and take it fry to eat. It's practically raw and cold, when I exchange the bag, I told the lady to throw away the cheese sticks since I put them my hand on them. I highly doubt she did that. I would not go to this Arby's. Customer service thinks food is subpar by any means. Update for response: Thanks for reaching out but just look at the Yelp and Google reviews it’s been an issue so obviously filling out forms has done nothing for anyone. I would send corporate in before you give Arby’s an envelope worse name. Your company doesn’t want to be known for this food and service as reported in reviews.
Fresh ande delicious. I love my Buffalo chicken sandwich.
