Mcdonald's Tauranga

I visited the drive-thru tonight at 3:30 a.m., and the service was fantastic! The person taking orders was polite, professional, and friendly. The woman at the window was also lovely; I could sense her warm smile even though she was wearing a mask. Getting such excellent service late on a Saturday night is truly commendable. Thank you!

We had breakfast today, and it was probably the fastest service we've experienced, along with the freshest food. We ordered the Hunger Buster, an NYC bagel, and a flat white with almond milk. I would give it a perfect 10/10!

The dining experience was exactly what you would expect from McDonald’s. The service was quicker than usual, although that was during off-peak hours. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and they’ve recently renovated it, so the interior looks quite nice. The playground is currently closed due to COVID-19, so if you have kids who need to expend some energy, it might be a good idea to use the drive-thru and head over to Centennial Park. Additionally, the Monopoly promotion is happening now, giving customers a chance to win some freebies!

Love with a special breakfast was only that they do not offer a heel milk as option.

Was okay. Did not seem very well managed and it was hard to get hold of a team member to talk to them about my order. Was horribly loud but upstairs was nicer. Otherwise pretty tidy.
