To sit and have a coffee n eat, found the area a mess, tables and chairs not wiped or clean. Health hazard just waiting. This is my third visit.

At the carwash 50% of the time they are out of wax. Just sprayed water instead of wax. This happened 2 times in 2 weeks. I had 4 carwashes this month, 2 was ok, but 2 times no wax. They didn't admit it, instead they told me that i don't know what I'm talking about! Never pay for car wash with wax at BP Tauriko !!! Also rude and unhelpful staff !!!

Great coffee, petrol slightly more expensive than else where in Tauranga, nice fresh food in cabinets. The reason for the low star rating- THE STAFF ARE RUDE AND UNHELPFUL.

Again can’t fault the place. Good food. Great coffee
