Great quality food (especially all the homemade). Big servings and half the price of those fancy cafes up the road. Friendly kiwi service. Worth the visit

Great coffee. Friendly staff. Very cozy cafe with great selection of baked goods, deserts and sandwiches.

We ate here twice during our 3-day stay. The breakfast is delicious and the coffee is nice and strong. There are lots of options on the menu, plus great quiches and sandwiches in the display case. It's close to all of the shopping in town and close to the harbor and the bus station. A great spot!

Got a major hunger? Get the RH Big Breakfast. Sorry the picture is of an empty plate but I was extra hungry but oh so satisfied now. Eggs done your style, lashings of scrumptious bacon, relish, baked beans, hash brown, gourmet sausages, bread/toast again your choice plus a big mushroom. Great service, good selection, easy walk if you park just slightly out of the centre as parking can be hard to find when Taupo is pumping.

Really nice coffee. We also had a chicken filo, a chicken leek pie, a custard slice and mini pizza, all of which were top-class! Bathroom was clean, which is saying a lot in peak holiday time. Thanks guys!
