The restaurant had no recording about my open table booking. the service was very polite, but unfortunately it was very bad to eat. a plate of teig had to be returned uncooked (they had no charge). a plate of linguine alla carbonara was watery and tasteless. I was in this restaurant before and have always found the food to be of a good standard. what happened?

I had not received my open table reservation! manager saw that we had one table, although we were very busy.

I booked a table online for Valentine's Day all went through ok kept email reminded me of my meal time at the time I booked etc. got there and they said we tried to cancel online bookings so I didn't book, but never told me this, fortunately they could have us a table after 15 minutes sat at the bar

Booked a table on line for six people and tried to increase to 7, could not do this so called the restaurant who said they didn't actually have a booking under my name, I even had the confirmation number. Luckily they managed to find us a table, just as well I called. All in all, we all had a nice evening.
