Bidrage med feedbackI do not recommend, this is the second chance I gave this place against my own gut… the delivery driver turned up very late as he went past my house, and was pulled over in a lay-by for 25 minutes, the pizza has turned up cold and only half covered in toppings! I can’t drive so I’m not going to walk 45 minutes to return a cold and half covered pizza because customer services won’t deal with it as it’s supposedly an in store issue.
Ordered 2 pizza's. The new Mexican came without Red and Green peppers and no green jalapenos. Wanted the spice and taste of a Mexican but didn't get it.
Both myself and my partner became really ill after about an hour of eating our pizzas. Both of us are suffering from upset stomach, personally feel awfully nauseous. Won’t be surprised if we do end up being sick. Not sure at all was in those pizzas.
Ordered a Peperoni passion pizza from dominos Taunton. Got home over 20mins away to find there wasn’t a single piece of pepperoni on it. Was going to grin and bare it but since these are primo I’m priced pizzas felt actually I’m not going to let it slide. Phoned the store expecting a refund on the pizza. Instead told there’s nothing he can do (unless I want to drive 40 min round trip for a replacement) so I should email customer services. Emailed customer services and they couldn’t care less. For all the sponsorship, marketing, flyers, text messages dominos spend millions on trying to get customers you would think they would work a little harder to keep them! 100% dissapointed not with the lack of pepperoni that was just an honest human mistake but with the total lack of interest in making any effort to “make it right”. We certainly won’t be returning, shame.
Customer Service was appalling, things feel as if they were swept under the carpet. I want it known as far as I can make the message so other people know what happened. I sent messages to their emails and 'nothing will.change ' because the driver had a different version. absolutely nothing believed from me. After I replied to that decision, it was simply put down that I had been verbally aggressive to the person I had phoned about the incident. I was emotionally upset that I had drinks hurled at my front door by a driver I thought dominos had well vetted. If this is not going to be taken any further than I can at least let you all know about one of their drivers and the treatment from what looks like an appalling performing store and their ethics. To top it all off, I have an allergy to milk, I order the vegan pizza and normally get the vegan garlic, instead of being given bbq or something they give me a sauce with milk proteins. This company seriously needs to rethink their training and who they allow to work at their stores.
