Confused on how the heck these people hit this sandwich together without the top bung

The restaurant is not clean. bathroom are dirty. also saw a female worker with gloves on texting on her handy then went back to food with the same gloves on. child-friendly: it has a beautiful view play area. parking space: parking space can be tight when busy. Accessibility: the restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

I go here all the time and on regular basis, eating together with no care is thrown. I understand that fast eating is not glamorous, but when people buy food in a restaurant, they expect it to be at least fully prepared. also, giving someone a dirty look when they thank them is more terrible customer service. I'm disappointed at how this place is downhill in the last 20 years.

Starting with the kid that was in the middle of taking my order walked away and never came back so we had no lunch to seeing the manager standing by the frying station just frustrated but doing nothing to help this place sucks

Terrible service. No one is where they should be.. all on their phones, all talking, gloves on while touching their phone and then our food not to mention that's cold- yum.. ? I haven't seen this place this bad, ever. Maybe some improvement will come along with the right employees..
