Sweet Grass Grill - Tarrytown

We chose this restaurant because of its close location to the Music Hall and its great reviews. There were five of us in the group, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The service was excellent, making our overall experience very enjoyable. If I'm attending another show at the Music Hall, I won't be looking anywhere else for a meal.

We arrived late for our reservation, but the staff were very accommodating. We still made it to the show on time, and the food was absolutely delicious.

Although it's the delicious food that keeps me coming back, it's the exceptional service that truly sets this restaurant apart. Sweet Grass, while technically a neighborhood eatery, perfectly embodies the concept of locally sourced, farm-to-table cuisine. On our visit this past Monday, our waitress excelled in every aspect: she greeted us with a smile as she brought our drinks, provided extra bread without us having to ask (my friend and I both had mussels and wanted to savor every drop), and allowed us to enjoy our coffee without rushing us—the check only appeared when it was clear we were ready to leave. Hats off to this lovely, welcoming establishment!

Good food, service fine and a lively, casual atmosphere. Some of the dishes sounded a bit tortured with so many ingredients, but our choices were very tasty and well presented.

The restaurant was a wonderful pre-show experience with delicious food including a wonderful specials menu and terrific service.
