Waterfront Restaurants - Tarpon Springs

The restaurant offers a lovely view of the water. The food is good, and our server was outstanding. *Update* I visited again, and although the place was very busy, the service remained excellent. The drinks were enjoyable, and while the food wasn't quite as good as our previous visit, we still had a great time and appreciated the scenic view by the water.

Shortly after visiting the sponge docks, we decided to stop by this restaurant. My son ordered mahi mahi for the first time, but he didn't enjoy it, so I gave it a try as well. Unfortunately, it was quite dry. The rest of my group seemed satisfied with their meals, though. I had a burger, and it was fantastic. The drinks were enjoyable, and our server was attentive, ensuring we always had refills. The atmosphere was pleasant enough, but I likely wouldn't return unless it was just to sit at the bar and enjoy some drinks.

The bartender was quite rude during our visit. I brought my family all the way from Texas specifically for their famous crab fries, which I always rave about to everyone. I understand that you close at 9 PM, but we arrived at 8:20 PM and only wanted to order fries and drinks for the kids after our Spongorama cruise, especially since I was aware of the time. In the future, I would appreciate it if the staff could be more friendly and considerate. I live in Florida, and word of mouth is essential for businesses.

Loved everything about our weekend trip to Tarpon Springs. Shopping, eating at different places at the Sponge Docks. Love the boats and walking along the water. Great weekend. I will definitely come again.

Five stars based on knowing what you're after . . . and if it's a waterside, low-key, Kew West kinda dive place this is it. Quick service and friendly staff. The menu is pretty solidly fried, but good quality and quantity. We had the shrimp poboy, and the fish n chips.
