Jersey Mike's Subs - Tarpon Springs

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant thanks to the amazing team of Kyle, Sarah, and Darren. They truly exemplify top-notch customer service. My son is quite particular and didn't like the celery in his tuna dish. Kyle went above and beyond by removing the celery for my son so he could still enjoy his meal. Their service was outstanding and I would highly recommend them for training other restaurant staff.

This is one of my go-to places for a Philly cheesesteak. I have always had a pleasant experience at this restaurant. I was even thanked for leaving a 10% tip, which has never happened to me before. Some people say they don't deserve a tip, but I felt bad only leaving 10%, even though I was just picking up a to-go order. The giant sub is enough to feed two people. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for tasty sandwiches and great service.

I ordered two regular subs, but when I picked them up, they were only 5 inches long - the size of their mini subs. The employees told me they didn't receive a bread delivery, but why wasn't I informed when I placed my order? It felt like a deliberate attempt to rip off customers at this location. I will not be returning.

Just a bit slow when only 2ppl are there. Just be patient! The Philly sub is worth waiting for!
