Dunkin' - Tarentum

Twice now I came here to get a brown sugar cinnamon iced latte and both times they didn't put the syrup in. It's just coffee, milk and ice. Very upset! Don't order anything brown sugar cinnamon!

So I usually go to the etna Dunkin and I?m a regular there. Yesterday, because of the roadwork on 28, I came to this one. I get the same thing everyday. A large ice Carmel macchiato and one order of bagel minis. Usually my order comes to $7.57 When Iordered the same thing here my order came to 12.57 Do Dunkin?s prices range from location? I asked to see the receipt and shewouldn?t give it to me. She told me it was in my Dunkin app. I drove away as I had to go to work, and couldn?t find it in theDunkin app. I think the girls working here are stealing. But they made my coffee good. Better than the etna Dunkin?s. So youget an xtra star for that.

I've stopped here so many times in the last year, and they have been nothing but amazing! Thanks for the amazing coffee and food! I'd recommend the iced Vanilla Latte w/Pumpkin cold foam. Amazing staff, friendly, and fast! Thanks Dunkin Donuts!

I come to this location nearly 3 days a week for work and it has every single time been a bad experience. I dont have the luxary of going elsewhere or I would. I have complained about wrong orders, nobody paying attention to customers line was long butnobody cared) they all stand around in the back talking but act as if nobody is in there. They are always out of donuts. Theplace is rather dirty. Horrible and shameful. They will walk right by you and not even so much as look at you foracknowledgment.

After waiting for approximately 3 minutes and having 3 people look at me, but not acknowledge my existence, I left. I get that the young man closest to the register was crushing ice, but maybe a Hello! Be with you on a minute would have went a long way.Somebody needs to train the employees on customer service. A simple hello and thank you can make a big difference.
