Huge bed, the air con worked great, quiet till sundown, then started to notice the hookers coming out of rooms. It was a great spot for people watching, and a short walk to the pier. Definitely recommend booking online because it was half the price the lady at the desk told us

Suitable price and quite place. But the bed must be use the quite bed becoz that has sounds so loudly and overlay must improve more

Place is starting to age. The price is quite high for what you get, similar establishments elsewhere in thailand would go for a third of the price. Room is just a room with a bed that doesn't inspire. Shower was hardly working. The main advantage is that's is close to the pier. You might be able to get a good deal on Agoda though.

There are some really harsh reviews on here! For what it is the place is perfect, clean, comfortable and cheap. Good central location very close to the pier but set away from the main road. I can’t understand all the negative reviews. It is clearly budget accommodation so if that’s what you’re expecting you will be 100% satisfied!

This resort is good for a stopover night before you go to Koh Samed. They have basic rooms with aircon, tv hot-shower and also bungalows. Car-parking is also available at 100-baht per day, when you visit Koh Samed. There is also a noodle shop and cafe at the entrance.
