Great Noodles - Taos

That was great. Delicious with vegan options. It is Donabe now in a new position, but the curry is not the same there, possibly the chefs need to learn how to make a curry. The new gay place here tried to give me a “vegan” sandwich, which was a milk-free dish of meat. Totally crazy.

SO GOOD!!!! I was in Taos for 4 days and ate here every day. No joke! I even took a few to drive. The veil spring rollers are PHENOMENAL. Red curry is delicious. Fresh, healthy and fast. Friendly and helpful service. I can't wait to eat back to Taos! The best!!!!

Your red curry noodles are the bomb. Vegan options, yes. Very recommended!

We had the egg yolk soup with bison, shrimp, egg and sorted Vietnamese vegetables... and we had the vegetable sandwich. Both were excellent. Please don't miss this place! Shady spot for lunch, fast, friendly and tasty.

I got a wonderful meal here! Delicious, easy for a vegan to eat here, and you can customize it to your own taste and spice level. It was great!!
