It’s so exciting to have a new food experience, and when eating is great, it’s even better! aly’s taos eats is a great new food truck with a diverse menu that offers everything from pizza to circle! all prepared at the place, fresh and delicious! it is worth waiting and it is worth the trip!

This small food truck in Arroyo Seco is run by a dynamic kiwi woman, serving up a fusion of Middle Eastern and New Zealand flavors. She works her culinary magic in a tiny lot, offering delicious baked savory pies and muffins to take away.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing and just what we were looking for. The gyros were delicious, the tzatziki tasted homemade, and the greens were top-notch. I can't praise it enough. I hope this business sticks around because I will definitely continue to support it. If you happen to pass by, do yourself a favor and stop in for some fantastic food. You won't be disappointed. The service was speedy and the prices were reasonable. We didn't try any dessert this time, but they looked tempting. Maybe next time!
