Beautiful place, very clean and comfortable nicely located in the middle of the town. You will be entertained staying in there by quality audio system, free Spotify and Netflix, lots of board games and beautiful outdoor area! There is air-conditioning in all the rooms. The breakfast was gourmet and we have received a bottle of sparkling too! Lovely Yvette though of our 2 years too and she has organised a lot of cute toys and colouring books for her.

This restaurant has a beautiful setting, is very clean, and offers a comfortable atmosphere right in the heart of the city. The entertainment options are top-notch, featuring a high-quality audio system, complimentary Spotify and Netflix, a variety of board games, and a lovely outdoor area! All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The gourmet breakfast was a highlight for us, and we even received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine! Yvette, the host, is wonderful and made a special effort to provide a selection of charming toys and colorful books for our two-year-olds. Overall, a delightful experience!

Best Service: Without a doubt, this is the best service we've experienced in any hotel in Australia. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness from the staff and management is truly inspiring. As a business owner with over 100 employees, I recognize the effort it takes to maintain such high standards. Well done, and thank you! This hotel is among the finest in Australia. I recently stayed here again, and the already outstanding service has improved even further. The staff is wonderful, providing service that goes above and beyond. The rooms are exquisite, and I really can't find anything to critique about the hotel. Just go there and see for yourself! I must say, the service we received was impeccable. The staff were all incredibly polite and went out of their way to assist us. Despite being close to the airport, we felt like we were in a different world, thanks to the attentive and professional staff available for our every need. The breakfast was delicious, served in a lovely lounge by staff who were remarkably attentive. We will definitely return. Later, we stopped by for a snack on our way back to the airport, and Courtney, our server, was excellent – friendly and knowledgeable. I would stop in again if I’m ever in the area. While this hotel is part of a chain, it stands out as being better than most, with very reasonable prices. Service: 5 stars.
