Bidrage med feedbackGreat experience! The restaurant has a spacious ambiance and offers live entertainment. Their cocktails are excellent, and the food is truly delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive. Our waiter was very present and helpful, and the hopper cakes were absolutely fantastic.
Nice atmosphere outside. The food was good. Drinks were good. Server Paula was great. Super close home. I can't wait to come back. We are happy to check the Italian square on the road. Great job guys!
I would recommend steering clear of this restaurant if possible. The downsides include the high prices for the poor quality of food, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the place was noticeably underoccupied, and if you don't have a reservation, you can expect long wait times. On the plus side, the service staff were friendly, the beer was served cold, and the blood orange cocktail was impressive. The outdoor seating area was also nice. However, I suggest checking out the nearby Italian restaurant in the resort. While it may cost a bit more, the food quality is significantly better. Just be sure to avoid making a reservation there as well to prevent another long wait.
I never post reviews. Never. But I have no idea how this place gets 5 star reviews. We were there yesterday, waited half an hour before our server to get our drinks orders. He always said he was right back and never brought what we needed or demanded. We had to ask 3 different people for cutlery. We had to stop whoever was over, just to drink. When the food came out after 45 minutes, it was spilled over the table by the person who brought it. They didn't even come in that we had to do it ourselves. The fish made my mother sick in the law. Half of my order was missing and I was calculated extra for one page, although my meal came with the page. I was so ready to go I just paid it because I had to wait an hour to find the server. This place is the worst. Over $200 for 4 no people and terrible service. I'll never go back there.
Lily was the only employee who seemed to be doing her job properly. I would recommend letting go of everyone else, even the dishwasher. The food was mediocre and my beer glass had lipstick stains on it. We had to ask for menus twice. The only positive was that Lily was attentive and responsive. However, the main issue seemed to be that they automatically add an 18 percent gratuity regardless of service. When you have guaranteed tips like that, what motivation do the staff have to provide excellent service?
