Johnny Rockets - Tannersville

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The staff was extremely unfriendly and the burgers were overcooked. When we tried to take our tray of trash inside, the employees simply stared at us without offering any help. The staff and chefs both need serious training. I would recommend avoiding this place.

The food service was awful and although there is seating available to eat your meal, there are no bathrooms nearby. The nearest one is 400 meters away. The food portions were disappointing and the fries lacked flavor.

The restaurant was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was tasty.

This location discontinued, all of their vegetarian and vegan options. No impossible, burger, no black bean burger, no vegan shakes. They also didn’t have a public bathroom and only had an empty hand sanitizer container which they said they couldn’t fill because their shipment of cleaning products was delayed. Which makes me wonder what else they can’t clean right now. We had to walk quite a ways to the bathrooms at the outlet to wash our hands

Disgusting. Only thing good was our milkshakes, but you really can’t mess those up. Anyway the chicken was disgusting and the fry’s were gross. As well as the lady taken our order, looked like she was some type of manager. But disrespected all of the employees on the floor. Honestly awful.
