Love the food, service good but environment too dark , hot and stuffy.

I am a regular customer here and all was good except for 2 separate incidents. The first was sometime back, which was rectified professionally on the spot by the previous supervisor. Thumbs up for that. Well the 2nd incident was last night (25/7/18). I ordered your fresh pineapple juice which is my regular order. I love your pineapple juice, but unfortunately the pineapple juice that I ordered yesterday was so watered down which in your menu clearly states 100% pure fruit juice. As I was making payment I just informed the cashier about the pineapple juice so as to make her aware of it but she was not happy about it and defending the juice as if I was wrong to pass that review to her. I asked her if the person making the drinks was new as to me she was a new face since I am a regular to your outlet. All I wanted was for awareness... Unexpectedly my drinks were not charged to my bill which i welcome but the attitude of the cashier who maybe the supervisor as well was not to expectation of a customer relations staff. For all this time I've been patronising your outlet which has great food by the way the staff was always professional especially the supervisor. I hope the higher management will look into this as I do not wish that the quality of service and food as well of its drinks in this outlet goes down the drain.

Makanan sedap2 dan berpatutan ..servis terbaek..suasane yg rilex..staff yg mesra..sgt sesuai utk family gatherings

Good service and cosy environment.. The foods served also taste good.. Love the fresh fruit drinks..

Sangat suka kerang sambalnya. sunguh lazat. nasi ketuk sedap. air buah gelas besar boleh kongsi 3 org. memang terbaik masakannya.
