Bidrage med feedbackThis place was recommended by a hotel staff as the best tagine in Tangier, we had to find out It is a lively restaurant, but you are not rushed to hurry your meal. Food is quickly served by the order. Open the kitchen so you can see how everything happens. The staff is friendly, menu has English translation and some pictures We had the chicken tagine absolutely delicious Then we say a few people who have a beef bone and beans we ordered, it turned out that it is beef knee. If you are a lover of oxtail as we are, you will love it. Never try the seafood, but many plates of it come from the kitchen, so to say the locals think it is good
Good value for money, liver tagine is very nice, skewers are dry and tough, overall not bad at all
Two of us shared a half order of fried sardines and calamari, a Moroccan salad, a tomato/eggplant dish, a basket of bread and a bottle of soda for 70 Durham. All tasted tasted great and the service was fast and friendly. The next day we went to a restaurant up the street, ordered a mixed seafood plate (50 dh) and after finishing, noticed that the menus were from Restaurant Bachir. For being fried. It wasn't too oily or greasy.
One of the best seafood restaurants in Tangier. A hidden gem favored by the locals.
Not the fanciest place to eat but if you want to experience the typical traditional Moroccan dishes, this is the place to go ! Decent quality and very affordable prices ! I like to order a bit of everything to enjoy the authentic Moroccan food, place is very busy but once you find a space, you will be served quickly. Even though it’s a modest restaurant, you can notice many tourists enjoying the food.
