The all-day breakfast at this restaurant is exceptional every time we have been there. The food is consistently well cooked and presented, no matter what time of day we go. It is also very good value for money. The staff are always pleasant and accommodating, and the surroundings are clean and bright.
I passed this place when I was hiking the night before. So I stealth camped nearby and went in for breakfast, deciding to make the most of it. Just what I needed. I had a Full English with an extra egg and added black pudding. Eggs done perfectly; a top quality big spicy sausage; decent rasher; a hash brown; half a tomato; mushrooms; 2 whole slices of brown bread; and baked beans. All excellent, but a bit stingy on the beans. £8.00. For pudding (yes, I sometimes have a pudding with breakfast eat while you can, as they said in the army) I had a chunk of soft, fluffy chocolate fudge cake with gallons of cream, plus a lovely pot of tea that yielded 1½ cups. Very impressed by this cafe, especially with it being stuck in the middle of nowhere at the back of a garden centre. Furniture and decor were plush and spotless. The serious, dark haired young man serving was excellent as well.
Lovely little cafe in a small garden centre. Friendly and clean, very good prices and tasty food. Week lunch is very good value and reasonable choice.
This cozy cafe located in the Garden Centre serves a simple menu of cafe classics. The decor is minimalistic, with around twelve tables in the space. The service is friendly and the meals are tasty and reasonably priced. A good spot for a casual meal or quick bite.
