I've never been a big fan of mexican food. that said that this was my first time in the south of the US boarder, that was not an American mexican. I now have an appreciation for what is Mexican cuisine, someone would say to them. in the north, so that they stop making the mist they do and start doing this when they want to call it Mexican. this is a certain recommended when they are in tampico.

Delicious Mexican food like the type they get when visiting a ranch in the huasteca. enchiladas are my favorites! the desserts are also good.
