Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I arrived to a very warm atmosphere, and I made some specific requests that were addressed perfectly. The chicken was fantastic, the sauce was delightful, and the bread was amazing!

I didn’t purchase anything locally, and I hope that’s not the case for all the stores. I’ve heard great things about Zaxby’s from friends, but my experience was different. The chicken was dry and overcooked. I had the strips, and my mom got the sandwich; both were overcooked and just nothing to write home about.

I typically don't write public reviews, but my experience here was a bit disappointing. My drink didn't come with a straw, the chicken was mostly not good (only about a third of it was decent), and I was served just nine French fries. Perhaps this was an unusual mistake. I’m open to giving this place another try, but I'm not entirely sure I will.

Overall, my experience was good, but there were a few areas where this restaurant fell short compared to others I've visited. For instance, the traditional wings didn't have as much sauce as I prefer or as I've had at other places. Additionally, the portion of Cheddar bites in a single order was noticeably smaller than I expected, although they were still tasty. The staff was friendly, but the wait for our food was longer than anticipated. While I understand that Cheddar bites take some time to cook, the wait felt excessive, especially since there were about ten other drive-thru orders that came and went before we received ours. This restaurant certainly satisfies a craving for Zaxby's chicken, but with a few adjustments from management, it could reach its full potential.
