Ulele - Tampa

We went to fitting works and decided to give ulele an attempt. we were not very hungry, so we decided to start and a cold drink. we had the parmesan baked oysters and fried calamari, both were very good. the atmosphere was festive and everyone seemed to have a great time. the waiting staff was very accommodating and pleasant. the statues on the floor were well made and the upper floor should also be checked. we're coming back!

Update 12/21/21: Went with family for the holidays and it was excellent. Loved the food gator tail apps and charbroiled oysters for for apps, beets pears salad, snapper, seafood risotto (2) and pork shank all shared, all so flavorful. Patrick did great getting our changes. We'll be back! Best dining experience in a long time! Start to finish, valet, host, dining area, view, Ricky our excellent server, drinks, apps, entrees, busing, dessert, all was incredible! Can't wait to go back.

Some friends invited my wife and I here for dinner on a Friday evening, but we had no idea what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised in so many ways throughout the dinner and we had a great time. I had the opportunity to try so many different interesting meats that I've only heard about before in one dish, the chili. I was able to try boar meat, venison, alligator meat and a few other exotic meats. I was sure how it would taste with so many things in there, but it turned out good. My server recommended having the chili with the jalapeno muffins and I was not disappointed. The gator bites were also pretty good; a little bit crispy but soft without being mushy. My wife's shrimp dish was really good as well and everyone at the table seemed to have enjoyed their food. I went with my wife and some friends, but this is a pretty good spot for a date or date night. Unfortunately we couldn't sit outside without a reservation, but the sunset we saw from our table was beautiful. Certainly a great experience overall, from food, service, ambience, and location. With the right planning, someone could have a beautiful water view date at this place.

I have been to Ulele several times and it has never disappointed me. The restaurant has bar seating both inside and outside (with heating if needed), as well as seats inside and outside. There is parking nearby or valet parking available with validation from the staff. Reservations are recommended, especially for busy evening times. They offer a variety of alcoholic beverages, including Ulele specials. I highly recommend trying the oysters, which are cooked over an open fire in the kitchen and are delicious. Some of the oysters were a bit small today, but still tasty. We also tried the snapper, calamari, and Ulele burger, all of which were excellent. The noise level is moderate and the atmosphere is warm. It's a great place for friends, colleagues, families, or a date night, with an average cost of $80-120 for two people. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and quality of food and drinks at Ulele.

This restaurant is amazing! We visited with family and had a wonderful time. There is a lot to do and everything is within walking distance. I recommend dining outside to make the most of the beautiful weather. The food was out of this world and I have no complaints. The chardonnay was excellent, as was my margarita. I had the Cobb salad and it was delicious. The dressing was a bit heavy, but overall it was wonderful.
