Subway - Tampa

The guy working on 7/15/23 at 1:15pm was so rude. He messed up the to go order and blamed me and said I need to come back in and he couldn’t refund one item. He then hung up on me and wouldn’t pick back up. When he finally did pick up he was very rude about the situation.Food: 1/5

Horrible service! The girl in there did not have any clue of what she was doing. There was no bread, no veggies, no anything. I also placed an online order and was unable to get a refund. I will not be coming back ever again.

I visited the restaurant with my family today, and I was impressed by how knowledgeable the staff were about food allergies, as my son has some sensitivities. The place was very clean, and the service was quick and friendly. We will definitely be returning!

I received the wrong order and the service was awful. One of the young employees was argumentative and clearly unqualified for customer service.

Horrible experience ever! There food is not the best at all compare to other subways. I got the 2 monster subs and pizza and of course they forgot the pizza, for delivery and I try to call them back and no one is answering the phone and they close at 9pm and got my food at 6:30pm. The bacon isn’t cooked all the way and the food doesn’t taste fresh.
