Starbucks - Tampa

I've dined at this restaurant twice in the past week, and I've never experienced customer service quite like this before. It makes me eager to come back every morning! On both occasions, the staff was extremely friendly and offered exceptional service. I really enjoy the ambiance here. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience with the service at this restaurant. While I was inside, I saw a long line at the drive-thru, but I only waited about two minutes for my drink. It was a pleasure to be there and enjoy a cup of coffee.

I would like to highlight that one employee, Adam, truly deserves a raise! He is incredibly kind and puts in a lot of effort. And just as an aside, he's quite charming as well! Sending positive vibes your way!

This Starbucks went above and beyond our expectations! My daughter found out about the secret menu, and after her dentist appointment (which she really isn't fond of), we thought it would be a nice treat to stop by. We asked if they could prepare the so-called "brain drink," and the entire team was exceptionally friendly and eager to give it a try. My daughter absolutely loved it! Thank you to everyone—you truly made our day!

I wish the staff would pay more attention to customers. I placed an online order, and there was no one else ordering at the time. After waiting a while, I had to ask about my order, only to find out it hadn't even been processed yet. After another 10 minutes of waiting, I checked in again and was really disappointed with my drink—it was watery and lacked flavor. I went back to ask for a remake, but it took nearly 30 minutes from when I first placed my order. I hope that next time I visit, I can share a more positive review.
