Great burgers, but the service could be better. We sat and not mentioned, gender as not insulting lasted long time to return for more pommes as well as refills. Payment was another problem. There were costs for entertainment and asked that it would take care of immediately. If we use the 25% discount, it uses my rewards that we use later in the week. I was told by the server, no worries meant that there were free burgers for discount and not to fear that my rewards do not change so that we can use it next time. The next day the discount had expired and my reward points/stars were gone. This could be fixed in the restaurant if the server is not lying. That's why we gave 3 stars. Never had problems with Red robin.
I picked up the wheelchair, it was fast and easy. I bought the impossible burger with Steak-Fries, yeah??, man had Red Tavern Burger with onion rings, he said it was good. Forget about making pictures, were we really hanging????????
Great atmosphere and our server was on top of it. My son had a good bday lunch! Is family friendly and great for ASD children
We were very excited for the bottomless fries, that was the main purpose of our visit. It started off fine, until my husband got his long island ice tea and it tasted like lemonade. My husband doesn't like to send anything back but I spoke up for him feeling bad he wasn't enjoying himself. The server, who barely looks 18, insisted it was made properly but she took it back anyway. We ordered our burgers to both be cooked medium. Mine came out almost raw but I didn't want to complain again after the drink so I dealt with it. I couldn't eat it all, I got sick thinking about how I could possibly get food poisoning. When the server came back, I handed her my plate and she said wow that looks raw. She had the manager come back and talk to us and I explained I don't like to complain and I don't want anything free but that yes that burger could make people sick. If a place is known for its burgers you should be making them right. Manager asked if there's anything else she can get us and I said we are just waiting on more fries, sweet potato fries and another coke. 15 minutes went by, I waved a young man serving other tables over and he ignored me, and finally the server came and pulled up our check on the table kiosk and thanked us goodbye. I didn't get my fries or soda. The server also had an extra pair of hands to help her as she was training someone, although I don't think she should be in the position training anyone. The trainee was the most polite one, I thanked her. I did also tell the manager before leaving that I think she is incompetent as a manager. I NEVER complain because I know it can be difficult. I have been in the service industry for over 10 years but this entire experience was awful. A manager should've turned the whole experience around as soon as the long island happened or when she found out my burger was raw. I didn't want anything free but what I would've liked was for the rest of my experience to be enjoyable. This was the worst experience I've had eating out, good job Red Robin.
