Moe's Southwest Grill - Tampa

My younger sister came to visit from Washington to surprise our mom, and when our big family went to Moes, there were no available seats for us all to sit together. Dequan, wearing his Moes superhero taco suit, came to our aid! Not only did he manage to find and put together some tables for us, but he also made sure they were clean. He even let our nephew wear the taco hat, which made his day. It had been a long time since we experienced such exceptional customer service, and Dequan truly went above and beyond. Our hearts were touched by his kindness.

This restaurant is truly amazing. The negative reviews are unfounded. I have been a fan of Moe's for years and the new Tampa location is the cleanest and freshest I have ever seen. While the nighttime staff may not always be the friendliest, the store is always clean and the food is always fresh. The new management is great and I don't understand why there are so many complaints about this location when it is truly the best within a 200-mile radius. I never have any problems when ordering from this store. People need to stop being so critical and just enjoy the great food and service.
