Kingsford Fire Grille - Tampa

Nothing. The chicken wings and ribs were very understated. The hamburger of my wife was sloppy. When we left, we saw that a table had ordered the S'mores Dessert over half of it unleashed. The reason I mention this is because I wanted to order Dessert. Thanks for the mystery table. I would not recommend Kingsford Fire Grille to my enemies (see below). The experience was a disaster. Congratulations!

At the bar. Bartender James was great! Unfortunately, nothing else was great. The host seemed completely uninterested. The food was average with some Hiccups. Men's room was a mess. I want to like this place, but it needs better management.

Went Saturday night and restaurant was dead. Should have been my first clue. 2 tables seated. After placing order and waiting 10 minutes, was told the restaurant was out of brisket and out of ribs. (30% of the menu items) Was told they had been out all day but wasn't told when we placed our order and sat waiting. All 4 restaurants at Westshore within 100 feet of this restaurant were running a 40 -60 minute wait and this restaurant was empty. Wonder why? Would never go back but they will be out of business within the year.

No employees wearing masks so we did not feel Covid-safe eating there.

It was a soft opening. So taking that into consideration. However; the processes of the restaurant are flawed within the training. Good people but couldn't execute the flow of the experience. We had to get up and ask for things at least 4 times. Had to also send a steak back requesting medium and it was maroon on the inside. Waiter was friendly and we tipped him well. It was his 2nd day.
