Hooters On Hillsborough - Tampa

I was VERY upset when I used the app to book a table of 4 (my husband, 6 year old son, a friend and her 6 year old son) on Saturday; and then when they showed up to the restaurant were VERY badly treated stating that “ they absolutely NEVER use OpenTable reservations here” and they DIDN’T honor the reservation I made. Instead they had to wait over 20 minutes for a table and were not given a booth (which was specified). I’m most upset with this because I use OpenTable ALL the time…and although I always go to a different location than stated here….I ALWAYS use OpenTable reservations for Hooters and I’ve never had a problem. I would say if they don’t honor or use the app you should definitely remove them from the app….because it ended up being very inconvenient and upsetting for everyone.

The wings bone-in and boneless were so overdone, chewy, re-fried. Service was slow.

This has been a go to place for my family for over 25 years......always a FUN happening......the best wings of all the wing places..... Order the original hot wet ......you will find out why we keep coming back for more great eating.....

Ate here at the end of our business trip. Good for groups, service could have been a little better.

Not a good experience. I called immediately before I made the reservation to make sure they had meatless wings and was told yes. After receiving our drinks and placing our order, we were told they ran out of meatless wings 24 hours before we called and made the reservation. We left without eating.
