The service was excellent, and the restaurant maintained a clean environment. Although my food was initially undercooked and needed to be sent back, they rectified the issue promptly and with sincere apologies. I would definitely return.

My date for Valentine's Day was my son. The restaurant was packed, and we had a great time enjoying our culinary experience, particularly the donuts. Unfortunately, just two days after our visit, they closed their doors for good.

It turned out that the restaurant was short-staffed, and everyone was multitasking. We later realized that our waiter was also one of the only two bartenders, which explained the delays we experienced. We also waited about 20 minutes to receive our bill. In the end, I had to go up to the bar, wait my turn, and request the bill for my table myself. I should note that this experience was certainly not typical of my previous visits, so I hope it was just a one-time issue.

Try the bacon and grits appetizer one of our favorites. The grouper sandwich was delicious. It was a busy night in the dining room, but all the staff were at their best. It's clear they go out of their way to help everyone keep the restaurant moving efficiently. Shout out to Dre, Jennifer and Jill behind the bar great service. Also to manager Chris, who never hesitates to jump in the action. Grille 116 is an outstanding place and one of our favorites.
