One of the nicest cleanest Burger21’s I’ve seen! Food was great and above all the service was exceptional! I love burgers but I am still yet to eat a burger better than their OMG in combination with their Ragin’Cajun sauce. If you are in the Westchase area, check this place out!

The food is delicious,!!!! ive been there couple times and I think the place needs a good cleaning,tables are often durty and sticky, the floor is very sticky, glass door very dirty, napkins case and lamps very dusty

Tonight was our first visit to Burger 21 and we were very disappointed. The service was terrible and the food didn't even taste good. You have all the teenagers running the place. I ordered onions on my burger and didn't know that I was charged $4.99 for a whole container of onion droughts I didn't order. You don't give you a ketchup or mustard and you need to ask. The guy brought 2 small containers for 3 people. When I ordered the children's meal, I asked the girl how many chicken strips came by, and she said 3. We only got two. When we asked that it was only 2 and I could buy an extra for 2 dollars. The strips were only slightly larger than a single McDonald's chicken smugget. My burger should be good medium, but it was well cooked and not even juicy. The sweet potato fries were covered with excessive salt. The party we ordered with the children's meal Cheeseburger and there was no cheese. They sent it back to get added cheese and the 5 years old did not get his food for an additional 15min because they forget it. They also ordered chocolate milk and a milkshake. The milk was not even mixed and made over 20 min. The milkshake never came in the 45 minutes we were there, and we said they had to give ice to the machine. They demanded a refund, but they had to wait 10min for a manager. There was only one other group where it was fed, so everything should not have been a problem. Each individual employee must be retrained or fired. We'll never be back.

What a great experience, christina took our job to perfection, the Tex-Mex burger was the best burger of all time, my son over the bacon cheesy slider shaved on the sweet roll. the good work. wish you had one in st. pete
