BJ's Brewhouse Citrus Park - Tampa

Food and service was very good. However, we made reservations for dining INSIDE but ended up having to eat in a noisy location just outside of the restaurant (inside a noisy mall) due to having our reservations given to another party who had NO RESERVATION.

The waitress didn't know much about the menu. Claimed you didn't offer two liquors that we wanted, turn around and its on the shelf. Then she reads one of them off but says you don't carry it. Went to order a jam ribeye and was told that wasn't an item that was on the menu and then had to be shown that it was on the menu.

Booked a reservation, didn’t have reservation in the system and had to wait for a table. Otherwise, a good experience.

Restaurant was as empty as we had ever seen it but we kept hearing our waitress complain to other staff how she was sick of this and they needed to have more staff on.

I realize that this is a mall restaurant and not fine dining. The place was not very busy but we were never offered water refills. I also think that the food was barely fair. the Calamari was rather cold and tasteless. I ate only a small amount and the server never asked about it. I really doubt I would go back. I can spend my money someplace else where the food is better and the service is up to par.
