I ordered a small side dish and some ice cream. Part of my order was a Saag Paneer. The Saag Paneer was made with melted English cheese and not Indian Paneer Cheese. I didn't enjoy the Saag Paneer with melted cheese. I rang the restaurant to query this. They said that they assumed I wanted English cheese because I didn't mention on Uber Eats that I wanted Indian Paneer cheese. They said next time I should mention on Uber Eats that I want Indian cheese and not English cheese. What an insult to my intelligence!

We were regular customers of this takeaway and found for the most part the food and service to be good. WHAT HAS HAPPENED HERE We ordered a Biryani last week that was hard stuck together rice with a few onions thrown in with hard chicken tikka, no other ingredients and cold too, it went straight in the bin. Last night we ordered tandoori chops, they were inedible, it was impossible to bite any meat off the chops. Also ordered chicken tikka as a main which was hard, chewy and cold, all went in the bin again. My wife ordered Chicken Tikka Saag, she's had stomach ache all morning, this place has gone from being good to awful, it's always been a little hit or miss but now it's bordering an an environmental health complaint
