Those of us who travel the bamboo trails of south-east Asia come across places like this every once in a while but all to rarely. Take a seat and check the menu (also in English). Order your drinks and make your choice and wait for your freshly made treats. Food will arrive in any order decided by the chef and probably not in the order you have imagined. With smiles, laughs, exchanges in broken thai/english and general disorder things do take their time in this place, so lean back and enjoy the fact that we have all the time in the world and if YOU don't, you're better of going somewhere else.

This little restaurant offers amazing food at extremely affordable prices and the service is absolutely first class. This place truly is one of the hidden treasures of Thailand. If you need to ask for it, the name is pronounced Ruenmai Cafè.
