Snappers Caribbean Cusine - Tamarac

My friend and I are from Portland, Oregon, and we consider ourselves food enthusiasts. We appreciate fresh, flavorful dishes and enjoy trying new cuisines. Having never experienced Caribbean food before, we were excited to give it a try. This place did not disappoint! The ladies behind the counter were lovely, and the food was simply incredible. The bold flavors blended together beautifully. The jowl had a nice kick to it and was wonderfully tender. We're heading out tomorrow, but I can’t wait to indulge in Caribbean cuisine again!

This is the best spot in the area! Their lunch is just $4.99, and the portions are very generous and healthy. The staff is also really friendly, which is a rare find in West Indian restaurants.

Yummy in my stomach. Food is always fresh and good. You have great lunch specialties during the week. It can be packed during lunchtime.

Friendly staff, and Ackee and Saltfish with liver was delicious. Clean restaurant and very organized. Portion size is great and everything looks delicious.
