Burger King - Tamarac

The food is good, but the service and drive-thru staff leave much to be desired. I won’t be returning; the franchise owner should really be embarrassed to have such rude employees on the team.

I had a frustrating experience at the restaurant today. It took 20 minutes for my food to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold and not even my order. When I asked for a replacement, the staff member named Stressi got angry and called me a "dead ass." I'm not quite sure what that means, but it made the situation worse. The service was just awful, and everyone seemed unhappy and confused. I definitely do not recommend eating here.

Tanisha at the drive-thru had a really bad attitude, even though my husband was polite to her despite the fact that she messed up our order.

Very clean up to date Burger King. Was impressed. They even had the kings hats laid out on the table for me. ?
