Dunkin' - Tamaqua

Ordered two chocolates frosted doughnuts. Disgusting... Frosting all over the bag and melted. Employee knew. He had chocolate all over his tissue. Gave them back and left.???? Never again.

I LOVE Dunkin Donuts. Although they have been out of a lot of stuff lately, what they do have us great. Coffee is awesome. Their stuffed croissant is really good.

Extremely rude workers. Called to ask speak to manager and two different workers refused and hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting

Those who have rated this location anything more than 1 star must never of been to another Dunkin before. This place is atrocious. I’ve come here a handful of times and each time something is wrong. No one knows what they’re doing. Ordered a caramel latte with blueberry and the girl asked me if I wanted cream?? I don’t work at Dunkin and I know better than the employee that lattes come with milk, automatically. When I got my “latte” it wasn’t even a latte. It was just a regular iced coffee, I could tell just by the color when they handed it to me. No one here knows what they’re doing. They need to be trained better or need new people entirely or just shut down. Go to St Clair Dunkin. They beat this place by a long shot. I won’t be going back, waste of money.Edit: they also are always out of almost everything you ask for, so if you place a mobile order for a donut they don’t have, you’re just out of luck. They’ll end up giving you something you didn’t order.
