Great food together with a great time. Celebrated a birthday of friends and had a great waitress and a great time.

I had never been to Texas Roadhouse before, and it turned out to be one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. The drinks were perfectly crafted and reasonably priced. The new mango margarita with Tajin is a must-try—absolutely delicious! I was also pleasantly surprised by how fantastic the food was. We ordered the Rattlesnake Bites, boneless wings, and potato skins as an appetizer combo, and they were all incredible. The steaks offered great value, were flavorful, well-seasoned, and cooked exactly to my liking. The sides were just as impressive, and I can't forget to mention the rolls—they're life-changing! I had no idea this place truly deserved the hype! I can't wait to go back. It's a real dining experience. A special thanks to Mady for being an exceptional server and for accommodating all our requests! 10/10.

Now, onto the positives: as a diabetic, I need to manage my blood sugar levels with medication. Today, my pancreas decided to step in and my sugar levels plummeted just as we were settling down to eat. I was a bit panicked but explained my situation to a young lady on the staff. She immediately helped by bringing me some bread from the kitchen, and even came back to check on me after I had eaten to see how I was feeling. That was really thoughtful. Our server was fantastic as well—enthusiastic and funny. I noticed he engaged easily with customers who wanted to chat, but he also respected those who preferred to keep to themselves. His attentiveness made a positive impression on me. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience thanks to the staff.

The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The rolls were fantastic, and I was very satisfied. Taylor was an outstanding waitress. I deducted one star due to the long wait times.
