Steak 'n Shake - Tallahassee

Fantastic burgers and the best fast food fries in the game. Wait time is virtually non-existent. The shakes are great too.

I got 2 words for you...terrible service! There has been several occasions where I have waited 15 plus minutes for a burger, while people behind me have already recieved their food. The employees here make no effort whatsoever to satisfy customers, in fact, I have recieved an attitude on several occasions. If you enjoy waiting 15+ minutes for a mediocre burger with a side of terrible customer service this place is perfect for you.

Overall, this experience was very disappointing. The service was lacking, and the restaurant itself felt old and unclean. I couldn’t understand why the manager didn’t greet the customers waiting in line or ensure they were taken care of. It seemed unnecessary to have four cooks and two managers in the kitchen instead of having one manager on the floor to attend to guests.

I waited 20 minutes for a burger, and it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The staff made me feel like I was an insignificant customer.

Not quite up to the usual standards of Steak 'n Shake, but still a nice experience.
