I can't believe I hadn't been here before! I regret being in college town and I don't live close, I don't usually want to drive. but I was pleasantly surprised by her tap choice. cool atmosphere too. will return.

Great staff. very knowledgeable about their products. always ready to give recommendations based on their personal taste! service is always fast. great options. my favorites are their harder. the prices are fair. great interior and exterior seats. bathroom is clean and easily accessible. favourite place in tallahassee to get drinks!

Very chill vibes, great music and great Ale selection. chorizo dip was also killer!

By far my favorite spot to just hang out in tally. Beers are great and the atmosphere is always dope. They have all kinds of table games and the staff is always real nice to me. 10/10 you will love this place (unless you are looking for a club . This is not that)

Fermentation is really nice its not overly pricey, they have trivia nights, and the bartenders are excellent. If you're looking for something that's not too upscale but also not a dive, Fermentation is for you! I love it and I'll be back many times. They recently remodeled and it looks really, really nice. I'm not a beer drinker, but they have a large variety of ciders and for the beer enthusiast they have absolutely EVERYTHING on tap.
