Bidrage med feedbackOh, there is so much to say about aunties cuisine! are they familiar with these times where they want to cook a good home like grandma cooking on Sundays? Yes. that is the place! eating is so tasteful and fillable and there are a lot of options to choose. the portions are huge. I had literally enough for only 3 meals. the staff are very on earth and friendly. I came for my second visit only a few days after the first and they reminded me and my order! I also love that they have specials for college students that make this an affordable option for some good eat. try them auntie absolutely!
I'm in town to travel. I wanted a good soul food. found this place, it was easy to get from the hotel, I stay. I ordered ochsen, green, yams and cornbread. when I tell them it's delicious, they bring me to grandmother's house on Sunday evening. Thank you for really touching my soul.
1. time lunch here / tour and was not disappointed. we ordered the ochre tails with white rice, collar green, yams, butterbean and omg the maisbrot was delicious and damp and I usually don't eat breadbuffet style with a lot. we didn't stop any pictures on a Sunday as soon as I tasted, it was over.
Eating is amazing! a bit expensive, but every penny worth it! the best part of my meal was the lemon cake. its fresh, fluffy, not too sweet and the best cake ever tasted
Greetings! It truly saddens me to give this review, but I have to. I grew up here and have patronized with many black owned restaurants. Auntie's is by far the worst I have ever eaten from. I took my son there for lunch 8-22-2022. He ordered Meatloaf, Greens, Mac Cheese. I ordered Oxtails, Yellow Rice, Greens and Mac chess. I also got a slice of Meatloaf. Our food came to $56.02. For the price paid, there were no forks to eat with. Only flimsy spoons. Also for that amount, you don't even get a drink with the meal. Now, let's discuss the food. The Meatloaf was made with imitation meat, not actual ground beef. It was hard inside and out. The taste was so bland. The rice was gummy and stuck together. The Oxtails weren't done. I was given 3 small bones and a lot of gravy. The Greens were canned Greens with a lot of added sugar and seasoning which made them taste horrible. The Mac Cheese had a mound of barely melted cheese atop of the Mac shells. I could go on but I'm getting sick in the stomach again just trying to describe that horrible taste. I don't mind paying money for great food, but their prices are ridiculous. Especially, for the grade of food and pitiful service. I can assure you all, if this was the only restaurant left in town, I'd rather walk to Texas just to get a meal.
