Bidrage med feedbackWe were excited to dine at this restaurant, as it is owned by a real Italian chef. However, we were disappointed to find that the food was not up to par with other local Italian restaurants. The pasta pomodoro and amatriciana were decent, but lacked fresh ingredients. The octopus salad contained stale squid and the scaloppine tasted like it was made with canned mushroom soup. The meal was also one of the most expensive we've had in Bacolod, yet the service was lacking. Overall, we feel that the Italian owner may not be a professional cook and is only there for appearances.
It is indeed a gastronomic pleasure on each visit at chef carmine's resto. Been an avid fan of his cooking since thru the recommendation of monet lacson. We never fail to visit his place every time we're in town! thumbs up

This place has an actual Italian chef owner, so we were really looking forward to eat here... What a shock, food tastes atypical to any run of the mill local Italian restaurants... Most though are so much better. Pasta pomodoro and amatriciana tasted store bought and did not use fresh ingredients ... Octopus salad used meant stale squid.. Scaloppine tasted like the used Campbell's mushroom soup for the sauce. The meal was also one of the most expensive ones we've had in Bacolod and they couldn't even give an official receipt.I have a feeling the Italian owner is not a real professional chef and is there for the face value only
