Bidrage med feedbackI visited with my wife and child. the place is really attractive. the hotel is beach side and restaurant that offers them huts for staying. we ordered Japanese noodles that were good but not tempting to eat each time.
We were a few times and that was good. they have a mix of local oriented, Chinese (not eating, so can not comment) and international. we ate the deep-fried fresh garnels and calamari (both excellent,) the Quinoa salad (good), a local lamb. curry and a grilled garnish dish both excellent. the service is good, with a special mention to rema, which was both friendly and prompt. mojitos also top notch. it is directly above the beach so they have a beautiful view over the bay in the evening. it was full of families and pairing both of them walked, and there was a local band that was discreet and not too loud.
The rooftop sign for "Bay 15" led us on a drive up the hill to the Odxel Beach Club. Upon arrival, we found ourselves at the Harbour Grill, where we enjoyed a view of the waves crashing against the rocky shore while indulging in snacks and drinks. The service staff impressed us with their recommendations, so we followed their advice on what to order. We were not disappointed with our choices of crab xec and zafrani paneer tikka, as both dishes were delicious and served in generous portions that satisfied our appetites. If we had known beforehand, we would have definitely planned to have lunch or dinner at this location. The beautiful setting, away from the typical beach scenes, provided a unique and enjoyable environment to appreciate the sea's beauty. Staff members like Banku from the Harbour Grill helped make our experience memorable and unforgettable.
The restaurant is located within the 4-star Bay 15 resort property near Dona Paula. The access road is winding and narrow, with sharp blind turns, but there are plenty of parking spaces available. Although the restaurant offers beachside seating, it was reserved for a birthday party when we visited. Instead, we were seated on the terrace of the main building, which offers a stunning view of the Arabian Sea and also allows guests to watch planes descend at Dabolim Airport. The service was efficient and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The prices are a bit higher than other restaurants in the city, and the portions are not very large. However, most of the dishes were delicious. We enjoyed the Tandoori chicken as a starter, but the butter chicken and roti for the main course were average and not recommended. The pesto chicken carving was good, and the nasi goreng was average. The fresh juices were excellent, but the lime soup and water were not up to par. Despite this, the staff were accommodating and the service was top-notch. Overall, a visit is recommended for the quality service and fantastic sea view.
The food and mocktails at this restaurant were incredible. I particularly enjoyed the tropical punch and the Goan seafood dishes made with coconut base crabs and prawns. The steaks were also outstanding and the bebinca dessert was superb. The view from the restaurant was amazing, reminiscent of the landscapes in the Andamans or Mauritius.
