Doña Iris - Talcahuano

I chose this place for how cute it is and its amazing sea view. Customer service in general was flat. The presentation of the dishes, very nice. However the taste of dishes was regular... it could be better considering price and quality ratio. The farewell was as flat as welcome. Greetings!

The view from the terrace is very nice, but the dishes lack more development of them, the very heavy flavors, product from excess fritura in the fish, or without flavor in others like congrio, the attention amen.

We ordered a cold marshal and a salmon ceviche. The marshal was rich in flavor, but the sausages were canned, not fresh and that opaced the dish. The ceviche was regular, as it was unbridled, it lacked season (salt and lemon). The presentation was clean and beautiful. Bread was rich. Generally friendly staff.
