Manaia Cafe - Tairua

Fantastic food and service! The pizza was incredible, and the lamb steak was delicious. The portions were generous, making it well worth the visit. We're really glad we chose to eat here and only wish we could come back again!

A couple of weeks ago, we stopped for breakfast while passing through from Whitianga. The service was quick, efficient, and friendly. The portions were enormous—way too much to finish, even though everything tasted fantastic! Despite being very full, I couldn't resist getting a savory scroll when I paid my bill. It was amazing when I finally got to eat it. Overall, great food and excellent value for money. We will definitely stop by again. Yum!

Came here for lunch and dinner on our trip away. We are quite the foodies and were very impressed. Staff were friendly and helpful with local knowledge. Music flows from inside to out. Flames and candles create a warm and romantic ambience. We were shocked to see the comment below. The chef achieves at mixing westernized favorites with other cuisines and is surprisingly successful even tho in a small country town. We are coming back with visitors from overseas. Will be recommending : please go and enjoy the same experience!

Best food we had in NZ. Fresh, sooo tasty and delicious and pretty much pure art.
