The restaurant is a charming little place, only open for lunch. The chef is a friendly older woman who is clearly skilled in the kitchen. She used to cook Taiwanese dishes but has since transitioned to Western cuisine. My mother made a reservation for us at 380 NT per person. There is no menu, and the dishes are predominantly Italian-inspired, made with ingredients like sweet carrots, kabocha squash, oregano, black pepper, leafy salad with tomatoes, zucchini blossoms, purple cauliflower, red bell peppers, apples, mushrooms with tomato-based dressing, and olive oil - all natural, healthy, and organic. Some customers have been dining here for decades. Mom purchased two packages of red beans for 180 NT each and a package of brown rice for 450 NT, as the chef sources each ingredient with care. Her partner also gifted us three small oranges and recommended we dry the dishes and cook them with the red beans.
