I had heard about their crispy pata and had been wanting to try it for a while. The crispy pata was delicious, but that's where the positives end. The mixed vegetables were overcooked and tasteless. The restaurant was dimly lit and uninviting. The service was poor and the restroom had a funky odor with a non-functioning faucet. Overall, the atmosphere of the restaurant reflected the quality of the kitchen. I wouldn't go back. While the crispy pata was good, it was not outstanding. There are plenty of other places that specialize in this dish.
We dined at this restaurant twice, and once again the crispy pata did not disappoint. We ordered the spicy crispy pata, garlic fried rice, carbonara, and clam chowder. Initially seated near the entrance, we noticed a faint smell of the restroom a few meters away. We decided to move closer to the front, but the smell lingered. Despite this, we persevered. The clam chowder was incredibly creamy, although I found it lacking in seasoning. The carbonara was rich and indulgent, with a strong flavor. When the crispy pata arrived, I noticed a slight off smell, but my hunger got the best of me. My wife also noted the odor, but I dug in eagerly.
Sets the bar how crispy pata should be. stuffed hot and is cut with a popsicle stick. the rest I leave to your fantasy. in any case you have to try in bgc.
The restaurant was not as clean as I expected. The food was not as good as I saw in the picture and the reviews that I read. Only Kare kare was the best one the rest was too oily and expensive. Doesn’t have a different...taste from the food stall you will find in the corner of the street. Over all experience was not good but still give them 2 stars for the kare kare. Very expensive restaurant for the food that they serve.
